3V Receives €5 Million To Fund Expansion

3V Transaction Services, one of the companies behind O2’s prepaid card service, has received €5 million in funding from TTV Capital, Balderton Capital and Atlas Ventures. The investment is to fund 3V’s expansion into the European and US markets.
