Apple Debuts Passbook-Enabled Gift Cards

With the holidays fast approaching, Apple decided to cash in on holiday shopping by launching passbook-enabled gift cards. Customers can now buy and send to friends and family via email. In addition, the gift cards include a geo-fencing feature that reminds recipients to use their gift card when they’re near stores that accept it.
