Belgium Welcomes Dual Debit-Credit Contactless Card

MasterCard and Banca Monte Paschi Belgio will be launching a dual debit-credit card in early November 2012. The card as a Maestro debit card on one side and a MasterCard debit card on the other, offering PayPass contactless payments too.
