NCR: Whistleblower Leads To SEC Subpoena

ATM technology provider NCR has been subpoenaed by the SEC in response to allegations made by a whistleblower, reports the Wall Street Journal.

    According to the report, NCR has voluntarily handed over copies of the whistleblower communications to the U.S attorney’s office. In August, the Journal reported that NCR was investigating allegations that the company broke U.S. trade embargoes on Syria, among other infractions.
