To support EMV payments, the US retailers will soon have to implement new processes and applications that will require significant hardware, software and resource expenditures. The goal of the EMV Focus Group is to support the retailers by sharing information, education and best practices in order to accomplish this migration to EMV in a cost effective, simple manner. The group is also dedicated to serve as voice of the retailers back to the service providers so that they can further enhance their solutions and offerings.
The focus group will meet Thursday, October 11, noon – 5:30 p.m. and Friday, October 12, 8 a.m. – noon. Registration fee: $150.00 per attendee. Registration includes: All meetings, breakfasts, lunches and reception/dinner.
