UN Calls On Central Banks To Allow Postal Services To Issue E-Money

The United Nations’ Postal Union wants postal services to be allowed to issue e-money. The UN body argues postal service outlets have better networks than banks, especially in developing countries, and can contribute to further financial inclusion.
