Daily deals site LivingSocial suffered a massive cyber attack on Friday, compromising 50 million of its customer accounts, according to All Things D.

    Customers will have to reset their passwords, and information including their names, email addresses, birthdays and encrypted passwords were compromised. LivingSocial claims that its databases containing consumer credit card information and merchant’s financial and banking information were not accessed in the attack.
