Texas-based, merchant-facing eCommerce platform provider AmeriCommerce has acquired fellow Texas-based eCommerce shopping cart service AmeriCart, a press release revealed on September 19.
As part of the deal, AmeriCommerce acquired all of the company’s customers, software and staff. AmeriCommerce customers will now have access to the features and services provided by both companies.
