Best Buy Makes Its Price Matching Policy Permanent

Best Buy has announced that it will make its holiday price matching policy a permanent, year-round fixture in order to combat showrooming, reports Bloomberg.

    “We are going to a low-price guarantee,” said Matt Furman, a spokesperson for Best Buy. “There is no doubt that this new policy ends showrooming for Best Buy customers.”

    The company is also reducing its merchandise return policy from 30 days to 15 days. It’s an interesting move after the company lost $65,000 in one day over the holidays.
