EU Mobile Operators Hold Talks Over Pan-European Infrastructure

European mobile carriers have reportedly held talks with the European Union about the possibility of a pan-European network infrastructure. The EC competition commissioner has met with some of the main operators in the continent and the European Commission, according to the source, is considering the idea.
