Kmart users can now save coupons in Apple’s Passbook app. Mobile Commerce Daily reports that the new functionality was announced in a SMS message promotion that encouraged users to click a link to receive a coupon.
The links led to time-sensitive coupons valued at between $5 and $50 off purchases at local stores. Consumers who don’t have an iPhone can save their coupons in their mobile browsers.
