Nationwide’s “Favourites” Function Adds Three Million ATM Transactions

Natinowide has announced that it’s hit three million transactions for its new “favourites” ATM function, reports Finextra.

The favourites function allows customers to be presented with their most used transactions once they enter their PIN and can adapt to a customer’s changing habits over time.

“Reaching the 3 million transaction mark on the favourites ATM function is a clear indicator that people like this tool and that is has value to them. It makes a repetitive process quicker and easier. It’s a win win for customers,” said Adrian Roberts, Head of ATMs and Branch Design for Nationwide.
