NCR Corp, a payment processing system manufacturer, is set to acquire Digital Insight Corp. for $1.65 billion, Bloomberg News reported on December 2.

    Digital Insight is an online banking services provider. According to Bloomberg, the acquisition – which allows NCR to expand its customer reach with new technology offerings – is anticipated to be completed during the first quarter of 2014.
