Report: IBM Acquires Trusteer For $1B

IBM has acquired Israeli security company Trusteer for $800 million-$1 billion, according to TechCrunch. The media sources notes that Trusteer has taken just $10.1 million in funding from investors so far.

    Trusteer first opened in 2006 and now has around 300 banking customers, including seven of the top 10 banks in the U.S. and nine of the top 10 in the U.K.
