UK Consumers Fight For Paper Bills

According to The Telegraph, various energy and telecom companies in Britain are charging millions of their customers who request paper bills. A campaign group fighting the fees said the customers are being charged by mobile phone operators almost £2 each month for paper bills, and energy firms offered exclusive discounts for customers who signed up for online-only tariffs.

The campaign, dubbed “Keep Me Posted,” believes the charges are unfair, and consumers have the right to make a choice to receive paper bills. They want companies to omit charges, and allow paper bills at no extra cost.
