E-Invoice specialists Basware has signed a Letter of Intent agreement with Arrowgrass Capital Partners under which the two entities will work jointly to develop a new e-invoicing based factoring service.
Basware Factoring will allow suppliers to receive early payment for invoices, and improve their working capital management with Arrowgrass providing the financing. Though specifics of how the service will function remain to be flushed out, both companies affirm a commitment to transparency and automation and highly competitive terms. The service is meant to appeal to a wide range of business of all size across the globe.
Basware factoring will launch in 2015 as part of the company’s new Financing Services portfolio.
