Comdata’s FleetAdvance tool has won the 2014 Best Practice Award Winner from The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI), reports the Commercial Cards Journal.
FleetAdvance, is a real-time transaction scoring platform for the company’s card customers that first went on offer in 2013. The tool captures card transaction data when the card is swiped. It then scores the transaction against preset criteria such as price or location. That information is then fed back to the fleet in real time, which enables better purchasing choices.
FleetAdvance also provides analytics tools that include interactive dashboards, scoreboards and route-planning features to drive cost-saving opportunities for over-the-road and commercial fleets.
