    “Every weighing and measuring instrument must have certificate of verification,” lead enforcer Olusegun Ateji, said in a report in This Day Live.com. “The sealed machines do not possess the certificate which will certify that the machines were accurate, fair and legal to be used for businesses.”

    Once the machines are registered, the devices will ensure that all customers receive fair treatment, he said.
