Spindle will use the Yowza!! Brand as a platform as it introduces its next-generation integrated mobile commerce offerings next month, the company announced March 26.

“The Yowza!! Brand reflects Spindle’s commitment to bring the next wave of mobile commerce services to businesses and consumers” Michael Stevens, Spindle executive vice president of marketing and innovation, said in the announcement.

The Yowza!! platform will offer benefits for both merchants and consumers, while integrating a mobile wallet with a personalized discovery-to-transaction purchase experience for consumers.

Spindle acquired Yowza!! earlier this year.
