Ware2Go, Point A Pair For Supply Chain Solutions

On-demand warehouse network startup Ware2Go has joined the Point A supply chain innovation network, according to a press release.

Point A is a supply chain solutions initiative that brings together companies, startups and academic organizations to push the industry forward through collaboration. Ware2Go will be able to work with companies like Delta Air Lines and Georgia-Pacific, as well as nonprofit companies like Care, and academic institutions like Georgia Tech.

“We are thrilled to have Ware2Go join our membership as a new and upcoming provider of innovative supply chain solutions,” said Program Director Mary Kate Love of Point A. “Their capabilities and expertise will further supplement the robust portfolio of solutions our other members possess, and we look forward to working with them to drive the practice of supply chain management forward.”

Ware2Go will also gain access to supply chain data, and institutional insights and knowledge, from companies that lead the field in innovation and problem-solving. The company will be able to take advantage of these insights, as well as grow and expand as a company, inside and out.

Furthermore, Ware2Go hopes the collaborations will allow it to “continue delivering advanced capabilities to the merchants, carriers and warehouse partners that rely on these solutions,” the release said.

“Ware2Go’s partnership with Point A will help impact the pace and effectiveness at which enterprise-grade supply chain capabilities can be democratized for small and mid-sized businesses,” said Chris Domby, VP of logistics and operations at Ware2Go. “Ware2Go’s experience with optimizing the supply chains of eCommerce brands, with varying degrees of complexity, will complement the corporate-level expertise possessed by many of our Point A partners, and enable us to develop supply chain strategies that are viable for organizations of all sizes and industries.”

Ware2Go said the partnership with Point A illustrates its commitment to the development and deployment of newer and better supply chain solutions, which will benefit both those inside and outside of the industry.
