OnlineCheckWriter.com Adds Payment Integrations With Several Accounting Platforms

B2B payments platform OnlineCheckWriter.com has added integrations with several accounting platforms.

With these payment integrations, users of the platforms can import checks, bills and invoices and pay them, thereby avoiding manual entries, OnlineCheckWriter.com said in a Tuesday (Feb. 7) press release.

The new integrations include Bill.com, Create Check from PDF, FreshBooks, Gusto, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, Sage Business, Xero, Zapier, Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll, according to the release.

“By integrating with these popular platforms, we are making it easier for everyone to manage their financial transactions and streamline their accounting processes,” OnlineCheckWriter.com Founder and CEO Sabeer Nelli said in the release.

PYMNTS research has found that executives across the industry are scrambling to find working capital and cash flow management solutions that help them get paid and pay their vendors faster and more seamlessly.

One in three executives says they are not fully satisfied with their organizations’ current bill payments ecosystem, according to the December 2022 edition of “The One-Stop Bill Pay Playbook,” a PYMNTS and Mastercard collaboration.

The report also found that two in three surveyed executives expect to integrate B2B payment innovations into their operations in 2023, including prioritizing one-stop bill payment solutions to help close the satisfaction gap.

With the new integrations from OnlineCheckWriter.com, users can pay from the accounting platforms by credit card, automated clearing house (ACH), check and bill pay, payment request, payment link, check draft, invoicing and process card, according to the press release.

OnlineCheckWriter.com also enables international payments, eChecks, same-day ACH, API, group SMS, crypto wallet and ACH wallet, the release said.

The cloud-based payment solution also helps users create, manage and monitor their payments, deposits and transactions, per the release.

“We will announce many new integrations in the coming days,” Nelli said in the release. “We are excited to see the positive impact these integrations will have on our customers’ financial management processes.”

The launch of these integrations comes about three months after OnlineCheckWriter.com released a credit card payment facility that lets businesses pay any payee — even ones that don’t take a credit card.

That new feature also removes transaction charges for receiving card payments, the firm said at the time.
