In the latest edition of PYMNTS’ Provider Rankings of Payroll Apps, a tie has been broken. Movers and shakers stirred up this round, with several apps gaining and losing points.

The Top 5
Workday remains at our No.1 spot despite losing two points, scoring 96.
Keeping second place is Paylocity, with a score of 87.
Paychex Flex remains at No.3, with a two-point slide, landing at 72 points.
The tie for No. 4 spot has been broken, with Paycor standing alone at 63 after gaining three points.
Xero Me got bumped down to No. 5 to close out our top five, with a consistent score of 60.
The Top 10
No.6 goes to UKG Ready, which was pushed out of our previous No. 5 spot despite gaining three points to reach 56.
Bamboo HR gained a spot at No. 7 with a score of 31.
Our last spot is No.8, which Gusto Wallet claimed with a score of 29, a two-point decrease from before.
