The Consumer-Centric Authentication Playbook: The Path To Banking App Adoption Edition analyzes survey response data from 2,835 American consumers regarding their control over and preferences for authentication controls when banking via mobile. The study identifies the transactions and use cases for which consumers feel control over authentication methods can be improved and details the steps banks can take to encourage customers to more frequently download and use mobile banking apps.
