MasterCard Gets Behind NFC Case for iPhone

MasterCard put its stamp of approval on the In2Pay iCaisse4 phone case for iPhone, an accessory that enables NFC payments on the iPhone 4 and 4S. It’s the first NFC solution for iPhone to be officially certified by MasterCard, according to NFC World.

    With that certification, In2Pay’s iPhone accessory can now be used with MasterCard’s PayPass interface.

    The iCaisse 4 accessory is made by DeviceFidelity, and was first made available to consumers at the end of last month.
