The session will also discuss the nominations of Patricia Loui and Larry Walther to each be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

Cordray, 52, currently serves as the chief enforcement officer for the CFPB. In a letter to the President earlier this year, 44 GOP lawmakers swore not to consider any CFPB nominee until changes are made to the bureau’s leadership structure and regulatory authority.
