Cardholders Hit by JPMorgan Debit Glitch

Some JPMorgan Chase cardholders in New York City are having to deal with double charges on their debit cards due to a systems glitch, according to a report by Finextra.

    The problem occurred when a bank computer program was changed on Monday April 2, however the glitch affected purchases made on April 1 and March 31 as well.

    The issue has since been addressed and all affected customers will be reimbursed the faulty funds.
