UK: Retail Groups’ Credit Cards Fare Better Than Banks’
In the UK, customers have rated credit cards for leading high street banks less favourably than retail groups’. Brands like John Lewis, Tesco, M&S, Co-op and Sainsbury’s are providing better service than many banks, and have been honoured in uSwitch.com’s ‘Top 10 Credit Cards of the Year’ list. uSwitch did not give out a single award to a high street bank.
