WorldPay Acquires YESpay
WorldPay has announced the acquisition of payments services provider YESpay. The acquisition will see WorldPay offer its UK clients a complete payment service, including merchant acquiring, card processing and payment terminals integrated with point of sale systems. The acquisition, made for an undisclosed amount, is in response to growing demand from WorldPay’s clients for truly integrated payment services to support the evolving needs of the omni-channel shopper. It also enables YESpay to significantly increase the deployment of its solutions to WorldPay’s customer base.
