RBS Launches “Ideas Bank”

The Royal Bank of Scotland has announced the launch of a new site dedicated to crowdsourcing ideas for the bank’s future product initiatives. Visitors to the “Ideas Bank” portal are invited to post their ideas on how to improve the bank’s service. The portal also rates ideas by popularity and updates users on which ideas are actually materializing.
