Days after the inaugural Bitcoin 2013 Conference concluded in California, the virtual currency received another vote of confidence from the investing community with the announcement that more than 60 investors were banding together to form BitAngels, TechCrunch reports.

    The self-described multi-city angel network includes David A. Johnston – founder of Engine.co; Michael Terpin – founder of Marketwire; and angel investor Sam Onat Yilmaz, and aims to help entrepreneurs “turn Bitcoin side projects into full-time jobs,” the media outlet says.
