Ensygnia’s Pay-By-Barcode Worth $3.3 Million

Mobile transactions enabler Ensygnia ended its final seed funding round last week, according to a press release. The U.K. based startup raised more than $3.3 million in cash and services.

    Investors included startup accelerator Wayra, both of the company’s founders and Rhoddy Swire, founding partner of Pantheon Ventures.

    CEO and co-founder Richard Harris said that with the funding, the company has now secured a valuation of more than $20 million.
