Actis Acquires Paycorp Of South Africa For $95 Million

Actis, the global private equity firm, announced that, together with management, it has acquired Paycorp, an independent payments company in South Africa for $95 million from Transaction Capital. This acquisition means that Actis will be Paycorp’s biggest shareholder, and founder and CEO, Steven Kark and the executive team will be co-investors.
