Non-Cash Transactions Top 330B In 2012

A newly released report from Capgemini and RBS indicates that the volume of global non-cash payments rose to 333 billion in 2012, up 8.8 percent from figures observed in 2011.

    Debit cards accounted for 124 billion of the transactions. Fifty-seven billion credit card transactions were completed during the study period.
