San Francisco-based social media giant Twitter has reportedly finishing its IPO filing, a fact the company will make public this week, VentureBeat reported on September 29.

    Twitter plans to begin trading before the Thanksgiving holiday on the New York Stock Exchange. However, sources inside the company said delays could prohibit Twitter from meeting this timeline.
