Mobile Named Top Ad Trend For 2014

    Berke cited research from eMarketer showing that mobile ad spending jumped from $1.6 billion to $4.4 billion. The total could rise to nearly $10 billion for 2013, he suggested.

    Companies specializing in desktop ads will begin making serious investments in mobile ads this year, Berke added.

    ”As overall spend in mobile gets to a place where it can sustain a thriving ecosystem, the big players from the desktop display world will start to move in,” he wrote.
