DoubleBeam Acquires GoPago’s Client Portfolio

Rumors surfaced last week that Amazon was in talks to acquire GoPago, a mobile payments startup. Now, new clarity has been added to the deal, as TechCrunch reports it did not include the startup’s business contracts and relationships.

    This data has been acquired by DoubleBeam, which also moved to incorporate some of GoPago’s POS infrastructure into its own. DoubleBeam specialises in merchant mobile solutions.
