James Contardi

As senior vice president, Product Solutions, James N. Contardi leads a team of product sales specialists and solution consultants for First Data’s product portfolio. This team is closely aligned with First Data’s Global Product Management and Innovation organization. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for First Data’s National and Global Accounts, working with bank alliances such as Citi, Suntrust, and Sovereign to sell new First Data products to existing customers and win net new prospect business. He also served as division manager of prepaid services. While in this role, First Data successfully won and launched the largest electronic payroll deployment to date at Walmart. Contardi received his master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Iowa State University.
