Tracey Kitzman

Tracey Kitzman is a partner at Friedman Law Group, LLP, a New York-based boutique ligation firm. Tracey’s practice focuses on antitrust and consumer protection class action litigation. Tracey has been involved as class counsel in several nationwide class actions seeking reforms in the payments industry since 2006. Currently, her firm is co-lead counsel for a nationwide class of merchants and trade associations challenging American Express’s merchant restraints and a member of the executive committee for a nationwide class of merchants and trade associations challenging, among other things, the merchant restraints of Visa and MasterCard. Tracey has also been class counsel in a number of consumer protection class actions challenging various practices outside of the payments industry.
