    Colin Gillis, an analyst at BGC Partners, called PayPal “the fastest growing part of the business” in his comments to the Times. The article also notes that, for the first time ever, half of PayPal’s revenue came from overseas operations.

    Gillis also referred to PayPal as “the quiet leader” in mobile payments, having facilitated $15 billion in transactions last year.
