It seems like E.Leclerc is following on the steps of Casino and Carrefour and decided to launch its own innovative supermarket. The company will be equipping one of its mega-stores with NFC-equipped tags that allow customers to get additional information on products and add them to a virtual basket. Leclerc is planning to offer mobile payments in the near future.
