    A news conference is scheduled for Tuesday, the report says, where potential mobile payment partners will be featured, including Cathay United Bank, EasyCard Corp., and MasterCard.

    Taiwan-based HTC Corp. is the world’s fifth-largest mobile device manufacturer, the report says.
