    Payvment helps 175,000 merchants sell their products on Facebook, and is often referred to as the top eCommerce platform on the social network. Last month, the company launched a Facebook advertising platform designed exclusively for retailers.

    Chief Operating Officer Jim Stoneham takes over for Taylor at the head of the company, the report says.
