Three Men Arrested Over Libor Manipulation

The BBC has announced the arrest of three men in connection with investigations over the manipulation of the Libor inter-ban lending rate. The arrests come after the launch of the investigation over Libor in July by the Serious Fraud Office. The SFO is investigating individuals as well as several banks.
