Dunkin’ Donuts Rolls Out All-New Perks Program

Dunkin’ Donuts is launching a new consumer loyalty program that includes mobile integration with the company’s point-of-sale systems, according to an October 28 report from Mobile Commerce Daily.

One component of the initiative will be fine-tuning app-based marketing campaigns to each consumer’s purchase history. Advertising will be viewable through the DD Perks mobile app.

“I’m excited about the potential DD Perks has to drive profits using targeted offers, offers specifically designed to drive incremental sales based on guests’ individual behavior,” John Costello, Dunkin’ Donuts’ president of global marketing and innovation, told the media outlet.
