Fastjet Adds M-Pesa To Payment Options

African airline fastjet has announced that it will be accepting mobile payments to purchase flights from now on. The airline has integrated M-Pesa in its booking service to allow for the service to be used to pay for flights. “Book and pay for your flight using just your mobile – no bank account, no cash. Once the flights are booked online, fastjet will send the unique booking number via SMS. This can then be used to make payment using M-Pesa using fastjet’s business number,” the company explains.
