Online discount luxury seller Gilt Groupe could file for an initial public offering (IPO) as early as next year, AllThingsD reported on November 21.

    Gilt Groupe, which has raised $200 million since its 2007 launch, specializes in delivering lower-cost designer brand samples to members.
    The company reported $500 million in gross revenue during 2012, an increase from 2011’s $450 million, according to the media outlet.
