Ingenico iPP350 Gets German Contactless Approval

The Ingenico iPP350 POS terminal is the first to receive approval for the contactless payment method girogo in Germany. It has been in operation in the girogo pilot region in the German city of Hanover since Mid 2012 and has proved its efficiency in several hundred leading retail outlets. The iPP350 has been approved for all of the card-based payment methods relevant in Germany. The device features a card reader for chip, magnetic stripe and contactless cards.
