MoneyGram acquired Latino Services on July 8 in a move that increases the number of the remittance company’s locations. Latino Services specializes in sending remittances from the United States to Mexico, and serves consumers in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

    Before the purchase, MoneyGram had stores in Miami and New York City. The Latino Services purchase will give it 10 new stores in the Atlanta area.
