Telecommunications companies Orange and O2 have teamed up with Tatra Bank to allow users to make NFC payments in Slovakia.

    O2 and Orange Slovakia subscribers who also have Tatra Bank accounts can make NFC payments with the MobilePay for Orange or O2 Karty v Mobile payments apps, NFC World reports.

    The service is available on a variety of Samsung Galaxy and Sony Xperia devices, and can be made via iPhone with an iCarte NFC sleeve.
