Russian Post Introduces Online Payments Portal

The Russian Post has launched a new online payments system, for Russian customers wanting to pay for their utility bills, public services and traffic fines. The payments portal connects users with their bank or mobile accounts for a small transaction fee. The Russian Post hopes to have 15,000 companies signed up for the service by 2015.
